Racing the Speedster
Information
Perry Rutledge appears to be racing his Model T Speedster in a time trial, judging both from the orange cone on the side of the road, as well as the exhaust cloud behind which seems to indicate a buried throttle.
Date unknown, probably early 2000s. Car has the silver-rimmed wheels which I believe he bought later on.
